Minutes - page 5 October 17, 1978 ORDINANCE NO. 618 Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ord- inance No. 618 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. Meier yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 619 ZONING BOULDER COUNTY STC - SECOND READING PUBLIC HEARING Attorney Joss reported that all pro- per notices of public hearing had been published. He then read Ordinance No. 619 on second reading by title only. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. Mr. Richard Snow, representing STC, spoke in favor of the zoning. There were no other comments, public hearing was closed. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance No. 619 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman DelPizzo. Roll call. Meier yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Kilker yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. WATERSHARES Mr. Snow presented the Mayor with a certificate for one share of water from the South Boulder Coal Creek Ditch. ORDINANCE NO. 621 SECOND READING BOND GUARANTEE Attorney Joss stated that the notice of public hearing had been published. He then read Ordinance No. 621 on second reading by title only. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance No. 621 be adopted. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes, DiCarlo yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. RESOLUTION NO. 34 TRACK INN SPECIAL USE REVIEW Mr. Drumm reviewed the request for Council stating that the Planning Commission did recommend approval of the request. Mayor Waschak asked for audience com- ments in regards to the special review use. Mr. Norm Mossoni, property owner across from the Track Inn stated that he was not in fovor of the request and noted several problems which they felt were caused by patrons of the Track Inn. Mr. Sam Duran stated that he too was against the request and commented on the bad language and continual noise.
