Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 619 <br />ZONING BOULDER COUNTY <br />STC - SECOND READING <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that all pro- <br />per notices of public hearing had been <br />published. He then read Ordinance No. <br />619 on second reading by title only. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />Mr. Richard Snow, representing STC, <br />spoke in favor of the zoning. <br />There were no other comments, public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance <br />No. 619 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DelPizzo. Roll call. Meier <br />yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Kilker yes, <br />DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />WATERSHARES <br /> <br />Mr. Snow presented the Mayor with a <br />certificate for one share of water from <br />the South Boulder Coal Creek Ditch. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 621 <br />SECOND READING <br />BOND GUARANTEE <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that the notice of <br />public hearing had been published. <br />He then read Ordinance No. 621 on second <br />reading by title only. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />No. 621 be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 34 <br />TRACK INN SPECIAL <br />USE REVIEW <br /> <br />Mr. Drumm reviewed the request for <br />Council stating that the Planning <br />Commission did recommend approval of the <br />request. <br />Mayor Waschak asked for audience com- <br />ments in regards to the special review <br />use. <br />Mr. Norm Mossoni, property owner across <br />from the Track Inn stated that he was not <br />in fovor of the request and noted several <br />problems which they felt were caused <br />by patrons of the Track Inn. <br /> <br />Mr. Sam Duran stated that he too was <br />against the request and commented on <br />the bad language and continual noise. <br />
