<br />Minutes - page 6 <br />October 17, 1978 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 34 <br />TRACK INN SPECIAL <br />USE REVIEW <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that he had re- <br />ceived a telephone call from Mrs. Rose <br />Garcia who requested that he inform <br />Council of her feelings against the <br />request. <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Merciez spoke against the <br />request. He stated that the language <br />is loud and obscene and did not want <br />to add to the problem. <br /> <br />After Council comments Councilman <br />DiCarlo moved that Resolution No. 34, <br />Series 1978, disapproving the Beer <br />Garden be adopted. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Kilker. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 34, <br />disapproving the Beer Garden. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved to amend the <br />motion that the matter be tabled. <br />There was no second, therefore the Mayor <br />declared the motion dead. <br /> <br />Roll call vote was then taken on the <br />adoption of Resolution No. 34. <br />DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, Berry yes, <br />Meier no, Kilker yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 35 <br />COAL CREEK DEVELOPMENT <br />FILING NO. 2 <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 35, <br />Series 1978, <br />Bill Arnold, gave a brief summary of <br />their plans and offered to answer ques- <br />tions. <br />It was noted that the sidewalks in the <br />plans had been agreed upon by the de- <br />veloper and the City. <br />Mr. Drumm stated that the box cars will <br />be individually sold as in town houses. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that Resolution <br />No. 35, Series 1978, approving the Coal <br />Creek Station Filing #2 Subdivison Plat, <br />be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that_the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Motion carried. <br />
