Revitalization Commission <br />Minutes <br />September 14, 2022 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />completed, but the funding and timing need to be finalized. Assistance City <br />Manager Megan Davis added that both the streetlight conversion project and <br />the conduit paver repair project would be highly visible upgrades to the <br />downtown area. <br />Commissioner Williams agreed that these projects would be a great impact to <br />the community. Commissioner Graham suggested including the Downtown <br />ADA conversion with these two projects. <br />Assistant City Manager Davis clarified that the South Street Underpass does <br />not need to be addressed in the 2023 budget. She also confirmed that staff will <br />prepare financial projections for the October meeting. <br />LRC directed staff to prepare the 2023 budget with all of the proposed capital <br />improvement projects included. <br />• Facade Improvement Program Application: The Singing Cook (a-)_ 728 Main <br />Street <br />Specialist Brown provided a summary of the Singing Cook's application for <br />Fagade Improvement reimbursement. There were no public comments or <br />commissioner comments. Commissioner Harald made a motion to approve the <br />application. Councilmember Leh seconded. Motion passes. <br />• Facade Improvement Program Application: Louisville Mill Site (cb- 540 <br />County Road <br />Specialist Brown provided a summary of Louisville Mill Site's application for <br />Fagade Improvement reimbursement. Specialist Brown disclosed that staff did <br />receive email comments on the item, which were forwarded to the <br />Commissioners. Chair Smith acknowledged the public comments and asked that <br />the applicant make an effort to maintain the site. Councilmember Leh made a <br />motion to approve the application. Commissioner Tofte seconded. Motion <br />passes. <br />Items for Next Regular Meeting, October 12, 2022 <br />• 2023 LRC Budget Discussion <br />Commissioners Comments: <br />Chair Smith requested that part of the budget discussion include staffing. Staff <br />confirmed that staffing will be included in the budget. Councilmember Leh requested <br />that the bottle filling station also be included in the budget discussion. <br />Adjourn: The meeting adjourned at 9:49 AM. <br />Agenda Packet P. 6 <br />
