Call to Order <br />Todd called the meeting to order at 6:34 pm. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Present: Todd Budin, Tiffany Boyd, Megan Ottesen, Seth Adams, Josh Cooperman, <br />Kayla Betzold — staff liaison <br />Absent: Dan Mellish and Lev Szentkiralyi <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Tiffany moved to approve the agenda; Seth seconded her motion. <br />4. Approval of Minutes <br />Tiffany moved to approve last meeting's minutes; Josh seconded her motion. <br />5. Public Comment <br />John Cowley: John began by expressing his sense of extreme urgency regarding <br />efforts to mitigate climate change following the last United Nations summit. He <br />decided to investigate Louisville's contributions to climate change, leading to the <br />development of estimates for the City's carbon emissions and for carbon emissions <br />reductions from a few mitigation measures.
