Ca,M17wTiii'ilUi71 M <br />Triplex Farmhouse <br />The residential buildings front onto either the existing 6-foot Hecla Way walkway to the <br />north or a 6.5 foot walkway adjacent to the northern commercial drive aisle. The <br />walkways facing the northern commercial area access the southern part of the site with <br />crosswalks. There is another walkway between buildings 7, 8, 13, and 14 that connects <br />the Hecla Way walkway to the courtyard. Access to the western North End trail area is <br />provided north of commercial building 1 or through sidewalk connections onto the <br />existing Hecla Way walkway. <br />The GDP requires different parking ratios for different uses. Areas delineated for each <br />use are shown in more detail on the parking plan in the PUD. The GDP requires 1 <br />space for every 300 square feet of office use and 1 space for every 250 square feet of <br />retail use (142 required).
