Call to Order: Chair Dickinson, called the meeting to order at 1:43 PM. <br />2. Roll Call: The following members of the City Council were present: Chair <br />Dickinson and Councilmember Fahey. Councilmember Most showed up during <br />the Business Forum Recap at approximately 1:43. Chair Dickinson asked <br />everyone else in attendance to introduce themselves. Also present were <br />Economic Vitality Specialist Austin Brown, Planning and Building Safety <br />Director Rob Zuccaro, Sustainability Coordinator Kayla Betzold, Elizabeth <br />French from Partners for a Clean Environment (PACE), and Matt Hannon from <br />PACE. Five members of the public were present. <br />3. Approval of Agenda: Councilmember Fahey made a motion to approve the <br />agenda as presented. The motion was seconded by Chair Dickinson. Motion <br />passed. <br />4. Approval of Meeting Minutes: Councilmember Fahey made a motion to <br />approve the meeting minutes of October 21, 2022. The motion was seconded <br />by Chair Dickinson. Motion passed. <br />5. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: Mike Kranzdorf commented <br />that the energy code ordinance that will be heard by City Council is not very <br />easy to understand. He questioned why there has not been more discussion on <br />this item prior to the upcoming second reading of the ordinance by City Council. <br />6. Discussion- October 27 Business Forum Recap: Specialist Brown gave <br />summary of the Louisville Business Forum that was held on Thursday October <br />27t" at Ascent Church and asked for feedback on the spring event. Chair <br />Dickinson commented that he felt that the event was very well received by the <br />business community. Councilmember Fahey agreed that the format of the event <br />worked well but wondered if there could be some sort of precaution taken <br />against disruptions at future events. <br />Public Comment from Mark Oberholzer: Mr. Oberholzer commented that <br />Congressman Neguse's comments weren't overly helpful or relevant to the <br />business community.
