Commissioner Tofte seconded. <br />Approved. <br />Approval of October 12, 2022 Meeting Minutes: <br />Commissioner Harald made a motion to approve the minutes. Commissioner Smith seconded. <br />Approved. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: <br />None <br />Reports of Commission: <br />Staff updates <br />City Staff member Brown gave the Commission a few updates, including that Snarf's grand <br />opening was 10/21. It was also noted that the owner of Creative Framing indicated her lease <br />is ending at 916 Main Street.
