Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deborah Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Absent: Mayor Ashley Stolzmann <br />Councilmember Kyle Brown <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Megan Davis, Deputy City Manager <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Rob Zuccaro, Planning and Building Safety Director <br />Adam Blackmore, Parks, Recreation, & Open Space Director <br />Chris Neves, Information Technology Director <br />Jeff Fisher, Interim Police Chief <br />Kristin Bodine, Library Youth Services Supervisor <br />Rhonda Henger, Human Resources Director <br />Emily Hogan, Assistant City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Others Present: June Ramos, Facilitator <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION — 2023 CITY COUNCIL WORK PLANNING <br />Mayor Pro Tern Maloney stated the intention of this meeting is to come up with a list of <br />items the group will then prioritize and finalize at the January 17 meeting. He noted this <br />year is a bit unusual because due to the fire, almost all of the items from the original <br />2022 plan are on this list.
