Shannon: The RAB <br />conducted a survey about 3 years ago; an updated survey may be helpful. Dog <br />license records/numbers may be available through the City Clerk. <br />Parks and Open Space Sales Tax Fund Review - <br />Overview in packet of 2023 Sales Tax Fund budget; work plan to be adopted in <br />January 2023. Sales Tax Fund will sunset in 2023 and is up for vote of <br />continuation in November 2023. Council will adopt budget as part of 2023 work <br />plan in February; PPLAB to contribute advocacy and review of the line items <br />included in the Sales Tax Fund. PPLAB to review what will be impacted if the Tax <br />Fund does sunset in 2023. <br />Ellen: when does the ballot initiative have to be finalized? Abby: Finalized in <br />June, to be presented on the November ballot <br />Review Draft PPLAB 2023 Work Plan - <br />A. Community Entryways/HOA <br />i. Review maintenance responsibilities for community/HOA <br />entryways <br />ii. Recommend Design and plants palate <br />B. Median Renovations and Playgrounds Projects <br />Review and support design process for Tiered median and <br />playground projects - McCaslin, Via Appia, Dillon/St Andrews and <br />Playgrounds in Joe Carnival, Meadows, Enclave and Sunflower <br />(feature) <br />C. Bee City USA <br />Signage, education outreach, renewal application <br />D. Parks and Open Space Sale Use Tax <br />Sales use tax sun -setting in 2023; collaborate with OSAB on <br />supporting renewal <br />E. Cottonwood Park Master Plan/Parks Master Plan support <br />Not currently in the 2023 budget; could be standalone request <br />F. Parks Signage <br />Prioritize park sign replacement and upgrades <br />G. Arboretum <br />Provide input on upgrades to Arboretum and replanting of trees <br />H.
