Dog <br />license records/numbers may be available through the City Clerk. <br />Parks and Open Space Sales Tax Fund Review - <br />Overview in packet of 2023 Sales Tax Fund budget; work plan to be adopted in <br />January 2023. Sales Tax Fund will sunset in 2023 and is up for vote of <br />continuation in November 2023. Council will adopt budget as part of 2023 work <br />plan in February; PPLAB to contribute advocacy and review of the line items <br />included in the Sales Tax Fund. PPLAB to review what will be impacted if the Tax <br />Fund does sunset in 2023. <br />Ellen: when does the ballot initiative have to be finalized? Abby: Finalized in <br />June, to be presented on the November ballot <br />Review Draft PPLAB 2023 Work Plan - <br />A. Community Entryways/HOA <br />i.
