<br />SEPTEMBER 5, 1978 <br />Minutes - page 5 <br /> <br />FALL FESTIVAL <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he was <br />unhappy that there was not some way that <br />traffic could be controlled on South Boulder <br />Road during the fall festival. He felt <br />there should have been a stop sign there <br />for pedistrians to cross. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he did not fee that <br />the installation of a stop sign would have <br />been the right thing to do; however, some- <br />thing really did need to be done during <br />that time. <br /> <br />P ARK CLEAN UP <br /> <br />Councilman Kilker stated that during <br />the weekend there were two car load of <br />teens who cleaned up the park, but he <br />did not see who it was because they <br />left before he got up there. <br /> <br />Councilman Kilker stated that he would <br />like the City Attorney to draft an <br />Ordinance pertaining to beer drinking <br />in the City parks. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked about the <br />animal ordinance. <br />Attorney Joss stated that the ordinance <br />was given to Councilman DiLorenzo for <br />review and that was where it was. <br /> <br />ANIMAL ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Council <br />comments and reports be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br /> <br />Treasurer Hesson read the bills for August <br />totalling $182,335.13. Councilman Caranci <br />moved that the bills be accepted and checks <br />issued for the same. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. Meeting ad- <br />journed at 9:20 P.M. <br />
