<br />STEINBAUGHS CONT'D <br /> <br />CANDIDATES <br /> <br />HONE OWNERS ORGANIZATION <br /> <br />CITY CREW/BROKEN LIMBS <br /> <br />CLEAN UP WEEK <br /> <br />PARK GROUP <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />August 15, 1978 <br />Minutes - page 7 <br /> <br />be covered or something done with it. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that Mrs. <br />DiGiacomo is having two candidates at her <br />home on Wednesday, August 16, 1978 and <br />everyone was invited to meet them. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier questioned the plans <br />for Continental View where they planned <br />on having a home owners organization. <br />He stated that he has not seen one that <br />was worth having. <br />Councilman Caranci stated that at Bishop <br />Homes has a home owners organization and <br />it is very nice. <br />Mr. Drumm stated that the City does have <br />input and will be able to work on the <br />plans with the developer. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that he has bee <br />asked by some citizens to see if it was <br />possible to have a memorial dedication <br />for one of the rooms, possibly in the <br />Elderly Housing Building for the late <br />Councilman DiLorenzo. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo wished to commend the <br />City Crew for the good job they did on <br />picking up the broken limbs around the <br />City. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that he was asked <br />when the next clean up campaign was to be <br />held. <br />Mr. Wur1 stated that it is usually coordinated <br />by the Jaycees in the spring and they did <br />not do it this year. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak asked Councilman DelPizzo <br />how the program was going on the young <br />people taking care of the parks. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he has <br />talked with some young people who attend <br />the parties in the park and stated that <br />they are willing to try to form a group <br />to help the problem of vandalism in the parks. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the Council <br />Comments and Reports be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman ,Heier. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:25. Motion carried. <br />
