<br />Rescheduled Meeting <br /> <br />Louisville City Council <br />PAGE 5 <br /> <br />June 27, 1978 <br /> <br />LAKE PARK PAY ESTIMATE #3 <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Lake Park Pay Estimate <br />#3 in the amount of $15,633.38 be paid. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiLorenzo. Councilman DelPizzo <br />asked if Lake Park was completed. Administrator <br />Wur1 advised that it was not, this amount was partial <br />payment. Roll call vote - Kilker yes, Meier yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22 <br />DAVID CHENOWETH <br /> <br />Administrator Wur1 read the resolution in entirety. <br />Councilman Kilker moved that Resolution No.22, Series <br />1978, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ITEMS FROM PEOPLE IN <br />ATTENDANCE NOT APPEARING <br />ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />MR. BOB LUXNER <br />Vari ance Request <br /> <br />Mr. Luxner of 389 Lafayette St., stated he wished <br />to construct a storage shed, 101 x 71, in the rear <br />of his lot - Parkwood Subdivision on a utility ease- <br />ment. He informed Council that he had contacted <br />Public Service and Mountain Bell and told them that <br />he would construct the storage shed on caissons and <br />place a wooden floor in the shed; should the need <br />occur it could be easily moved from their easement. <br />Administrator Wur1 read letters from Public Service <br />and Mountain Bell presented by Mr. Luxner, which in <br />essence gave Mr. Luxner permission to construct the <br />shed. Attorney Joss agreed with Administrator Wur1 IS <br />statement the problem dealt with the zoning ordinance <br />and Mr. Luxner should appear before the Board of <br />Appeals and Adjustment; beforehand he must make formal <br />application with the building department and they will <br />inform him the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />MR. ROBERT S. JONES, JR. <br />Request to Fill Vacancy on <br />Louisville Housing Authority <br />Board <br /> <br />Mr. Jones of 2437 Franklin Avenue advised Council he <br />had written a letter to Mayor Waschak desiring to <br />fill the vacancy on the Louisville Housing Authority <br />Board. Mayor Waschak advised Mr. Jones that he did <br />not have formal notification from the Chairman, Steve <br />Anderson, regarding the existing vacancy. Procedure <br />is to place public notice of the vacancy in the paper <br />so others may submit their applications. Should <br />there be other applications a choice would be made <br />by Council and the person chosen would be notified. <br />
