<br />Rescheduled Meeting <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />ORDINANCE #594 <br />Energy Standards, 2nd Reading <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 595 <br />CARANCI ANNEXATION <br />2nd Reading, Public Hearing <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #596 <br />Caranci Zoning, 2nd reading <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #598 <br />High Wind Fence, 2nd reading <br /> <br />Louisville City Council <br />PAGE 6 <br /> <br />June 27, 1978 <br /> <br />Attorney Joss requested that Council table this <br />ordinance, the public hearing has been advertised <br />for July 6, 1978 instead of June 27, 1978, there- <br />fore he requested the public hearing be held July 12, <br />1978. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss brought Council IS attention to the <br />map each of them had and explained the property <br />was bounded on the north and west by the Mesa Point <br />Subdivision, on the east by the Hocheder property <br />and abutted South Boulder Road. Notices had been <br />published in the Louisville Times May 25 and June 1, <br />1978. He then read the ordinance by title only, and <br />brought Council's attention to Resolution #14, Series <br />1978 by the Planning Commission which recommended <br />approval of the annexation of 20.3 acres. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing, there was <br />no one in the audience to speak for or against the <br />ordinance. <br />Councilman Meier remarked that he was concerned that <br />Mr. Caranci was not present even though he lived in <br />Estes Park. Administrator Wurl stated he surmised <br />since the land was being zoned agricultural he had <br />no plans for development at this time. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance #595 be <br />adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll Call <br />vote: DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, Meier <br />yes, Dilorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss presented the ordinance by title only <br />zoning the property agricultural. Ordinance published <br />in the Louisville Times May 25 and June 1,1978. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There was <br />no one in the audience to support or oppose the ordi- <br />nance. Councilman Kilker moved that Ordinance #596 <br />be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll <br />call vote: Dilorenzo yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, <br />Kilker yes, DelPizzo, yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Published in entirety in the lousiville Times June 8, <br />1978. Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title <br />only. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance #598 <br />be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Dilorenzo. Council- <br />man Meier remarked that the ordinance pertained more <br />to the solid construction of fences so that they <br />are not blown down by strong winds and become unsightly. <br />Roll call vote: Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DelPizzo, <br />no, Meier yes, Dilorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br />
