SEAL COAT PROJECT AllEY PROJECT CHAIN lINK FENCE PROJECT NEW SIDEWALK PLACEMENT PROJECT SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT CORRESPONDENCE COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE TO LURA COURT REPORT Minutes - page 6 May 2, 1978 Councilman Meier moved that staff proceed with the plans and specs and call for bids on the seal coat project. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Couniclman Caranci asked why the streets in Scenic Heights were on the list. Mr. Wurl stated that streets should be seal coated every five or six years. Motion carried. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the staff proceed with the plans and specs and call for bids on the alley project. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. Councilman Dilorenzo moved that the staff proceed with plans and specs and call for bids on the chain link fence installation at filter plant and cemetery. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl reviewed the plans for the new sidewalk placement. Councilman Meier moved that the staff proceed with fue plans and specs and call for bids on the new sidewalk project. Seconded by Coun- cilman Dilorenzo. Motion carried. Councilman DelPizzo moved that staff proceed with plans and specs and call for bids on the sidewalk replacement program. Seconded by Councilman Dilorenzo. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. Mayor Waschak appointed Councilman Kilker to be the representative to LURA. Councilman Meier asked that the Court Report form be revised as he was interested in knowing what types of cases have been dis- missed, etc. Councilman Dilorenzo moved that the City Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo Motion carried.
