<br />RESOLUTION #13 ADOPTION <br />MESA POINT - FINAL PLAT <br />& P.U.D. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14 <br />LOUISVILLE NORTH SIXTH <br />FILING <br /> <br />FIRE DISTRICT REPORT <br /> <br />April 18, 1978 <br />Minutes - page 4 <br /> <br />Attorney JOss stated that a Resolution <br />recommending the approval was included by <br />the Planning Commission. Attorney Joss <br />read Resolution #13, Series 1978. Mr. <br />Don Shonkwiler gave a brief presentation <br />on the request. <br />Councilman DelPizzo commented on the <br />street naming and felt that Hawthorn St. <br />should continue as Hawthorne St. all the <br />way around and not change names since <br />the street is not breaking. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the reason it is like <br />this was so that it would not be so con- <br />fusing and that there will be street signs <br />installed. <br /> <br />After comments Councilman DiLorenzo moved <br />that Resolution #13, Series 1978 be adopt- <br />ed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Roll call vote: DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo <br />yes, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci <br />yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that the Planning <br />Commission is recommending the approval of <br />the Final Plat. Mr. Ray Shelton was <br />present and gave a brief presentation <br />stating that the requirements have been <br />met. <br />Mr. Drumm stated that the streets will <br />be more narrow and there will be off <br />street parking for the units.. <br />ttorney Joss read Resolution #14. Coun- <br />cilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution #14, <br />Series 1978 be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman Meier. Roll call. Caranci <br />yes, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that a hearing has <br />been scheduled for May 2, 1978, with Jud- <br />ge Neighbors and that the County Assessors <br />are not sure whether thedistrict will get <br />on the tax rules for 1978 if the election <br />is held in May. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Motion carried. <br />
