<br />April 18, 1978 <br />Minutes - page 5 <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />CORRESPONDENCE Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br />Administrator's report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />E.F. IND. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he has not done any- <br />thing more on the matter with E.F. Ind. <br />and would contact E.F. before the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo asked about the pro- <br />gress on an ordinance about semi's parked <br />on the streets. <br />Attorney Joss stated that he has been <br />compiling ordinances from other communities <br />to draft on for the City. <br /> <br />SEMI TRUCKS ON CITY <br />STREETS <br /> <br />CAT ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the Cat <br />Ordinance be presented to Council again <br />for consideration. Seconded by Council- <br />man Caranci. Roll call. DiCarlo no, <br />DelPizzo yes, Meier no, Kilker no, <br />DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yes. Tie'vote. <br />Mayor Waschak voted yes to present the <br />cat ordinance for consideration. <br /> <br />DRCOG <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo requested that her <br />alternate attend the next COG meeting. <br />Councilman Kilker, the alternate, stated <br />that he would not be able to attend. <br /> <br />HUMAN SERVICE IN- <br />TEGRATION PROJECT <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that they are <br />trying to consolidate the Human Services <br />within Boulder County and through a <br />state level. What they are requesting <br />now is to ask for some City staff input <br />should the need arise in the community. <br />The funding will be by the state for <br />the first year. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated his opposition. <br />to the matter. <br />Councilman Meier moved that the City <br />Administrator be authorized to draft a <br />letter supporting the Human Service In- <br />tegration Project. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiLorenzo. <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that he would <br />like to know what the City will be getting <br />out of the project. <br />
