<br />April 4, 1978 <br />Minutes - page 6 <br /> <br />STAGGERED TERMS <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney draft an ordinance creating staggered <br />terms for the City Council at the next <br />election. <br />Seconded by Councilman Dilorenzo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Dilorenzo moved that the Council <br />Comments and Committee Reports be accepted <br />and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills for <br />the month of March totalling $147,691.97. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the bills be <br />accepted and checks issued for the same. <br />Seconded by Councilman Dilorenzo. Roll call. <br />Dilorenzo yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />Meier yes, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br />Dilorenzo. Motion carried. Meeting ad- <br />journed at 9:05 P.M. <br />
