CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT BOND REPAYMENT REPORT CORRESPONDENCE COUNCIL COMMENTS & COMMITTEE REPORTS PARKS LAND IN SO. LOUISVILLE SOUTH ST. EAST OF TRACKS SIDEWALK PROGRESS FENCES CEMETERY MEETING March 7, 1978 Minutes - page 4 Mr. Wurl stated that at the last meeting Council requested that a report be made as to the effect reduced growth would have on the repayment of the bond issue and loan. Mr. Wurl stated that if the pro- jection of the next three years hold up and from each tap $230 is set aside, the bonds would be repaid by that source. After that time if the number of taps are reduced, the present $4.50 fee would have to be increased by $1.67 per month, per user to compensate for the reduction in taps. Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrator's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo asked about the pro- gress of land acquisition in the south end of Louisville. Mr. Wurl stated that the indications from the home owners is that they are interested in selling except one party and that an appraisal had been ordered. Councilman DiCarlo asked if there were plans on getting that street fixed. Mr. Wurl stated that the plans are for temporary work and that the City is trying to get more funds under a grant to do the complete work as the bids came in $48,000 higher then anticipated. Councilman DiCarlo asked about the side- walk progress. Mr. Wurl stated that the program is still in progress and certain properties are scheduled for installation this year. Councilman Meier requested that the City contract the home owners on Via Appia in regards to their fences that need repairs. Councilman DelPizzo asked if there has been any new reports on the Cemetery matter. Mr. Wurl stated that letter have been sent out and some have been received, mostly favorable from the members of the KP.
