Councilman DelPizzo
stated that he was not in favor of the
request.

Mr. Wurl stated that one reason there
has not been much work done on the traffic
issue was because the Community of Commerce
and stated their interest in studying the
problem.

Councilman DiLorenzo stated that she has
not been in favor of a school in that area
and requested that Attorney Joss check to
see if there is a law stating that the
curb in front of schools must be painted
yellow.

Councilman DiCarlo asked if the school is
considered a business. Attorney Joss
stated that he thought it was, but would
double check.

Councilman Caranci moved that the Planner
and City Administrator take a further look
at the problem and come up with a better
plan to be brought back to the Council.
Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo.
