If it should get to the point where in can not be developed econ- omically then the developer is annexed, but can not develop the site. Councilman DiCarlo asked that the matter of students being sent to different schools be checked into, as it was his understanding that students within City limits must go to the school in their city. Councilman Meier commented to Ms. Bostwick that it would be difficult ecomonically to serve ten house on acerage as opposed to 73 houses. Mr. Jack Haines commented on the drainage stating that there would be no more drain- age then what is occuring there now. With no other comments, Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance #573 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Ordinance #574 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll\call. DiCarlo yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes, DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes. Motion carried. Attorney Joss presented Ordinance #575 on second reading by title only. He stated that all proper notices were posted. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no comments for or against. Public hearing was closed. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance #575 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. City Planner Drumm added to the clarifica- tion of the ordinance stating that it is zoned R-E and under P.U.D.
