If it should get to the <br />point where in can not be developed econ- <br />omically then the developer is annexed, <br />but can not develop the site. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked that the matter <br />of students being sent to different schools <br />be checked into, as it was his understanding <br />that students within City limits must go <br />to the school in their city. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier commented to Ms. Bostwick <br />that it would be difficult ecomonically <br />to serve ten house on acerage as opposed <br />to 73 houses. <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Haines commented on the drainage <br />stating that there would be no more drain- <br />age then what is occuring there now. <br />With no other comments, Mayor Waschak closed <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance #573 <br />be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Roll call. DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, <br />Meier yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DelPizzo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Ordinance <br />#574 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Roll\call. DiCarlo yes, Kilker <br />yes, Meier yes, DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, Caranci yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss presented Ordinance #575 <br />on second reading by title only. He <br />stated that all proper notices were posted. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments for or against. <br />Public hearing was closed. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />#575 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. <br />Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Kilker yes, <br />Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Planner Drumm added to the clarifica- <br />tion of the ordinance stating that it is <br />zoned R-E and under P.U.D. <br />
