The PUD shall be modified to reduce the number of proposed dwelling <br />units from 16 to 15 units to be consistent with the underlying zoning <br />requirements for the entire site— The overall density of the final PUD <br />has been reduced to 15 units; 10 townhome units and 5 single family <br />homes. <br />3. The subdivision plat shall be revised to reflect the alley right-of-way <br />dedication by outlot. The conveyance of the right-of-way shall establish a <br />minimum alley width of 20' for the full length of the property backing up to <br />
