Election of Officers <br />Lipton nominated Machado for Chair and Machado nominated Lipton <br />for Vice -Chair. All in favor. <br />B. Meeting Posting Places and Schedule for 2023 <br />Kaufman moved to approve the posting places for the coming year <br />and to adopt the meeting schedule with the amendment to remove the <br />December meeting from the schedule; Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br />C. 2022 Annual Report <br />Lipton moved to approved the 2022 Annual Report; Newell seconded. <br />All in favor. <br />D. Tastings Application / Process <br />The Secretary and Authority Attorney presented to the Authority the <br />need to revise the Louisville Municipal Code and the current tasting <br />
