A fireplace or fireplace insert that meets the most stringent emissions standards for <br />wood stoves established by the air quality control commission, created by C.R.S. § 25-7- <br />104, or any other clean burning device that is approved by the air quality control <br />commission. <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br />It is unlawful for any person to install or construct any new or remodeled fireplace which <br /> does not comply with this section. Any person violating this section shall be subject to <br /> the penalty provided in section 1.28.010. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Chapter 15.08 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and <br />reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 15.08.010. Adoption. <br /> <br /> The International Mechanical Code, 2003 Edition, published by the International Code <br />Council, 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, Illinois, 60478-5795, is hereby <br />adopted by reference thereto and incorporated into and made a part of the city Code. The purpose <br />and subject matter of the International Mechanical Code include minimum standards relating to <br />the mechanical installations in or in connection with the construction, alteration and repair of <br />new and existing structures including design, construction, installation, quality of materials, <br />locations, operation, and maintenance or use of heating, ventilation, cooling refrigeration <br />systems, incinerators and other miscellaneous heat-producing appliances. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.08.020. Section 101.1 Title. <br /> <br /> Section 101.1 of the Mechanical Code is amended to insert "the City of Louisville" so the <br />section will read: <br /> <br />101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the Mechanical Code of the City of Louisville, <br />hereinafter referred to as this code. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.08.030. Section 106.5.2. Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />Section 106.5.2 of the International Mechanical Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />106.5.2 Fee schedule. The fees for mechanical work shall be as indicated in Section 108.2 of the <br />International Building Code as adopted and amended. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.08.040. Section 106.5.3 Refunds. <br /> <br />Section 106.5.3 of the International Mechanical Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />106.5.3 Refunds.
