Sec. 15.08.050. Section 108. Violations. <br /> <br />Section 108 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br /> <br />108. Violations. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, <br />enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or <br />maintain any building or structure or cause or permit the work to be done, in violation of the <br />provisions of this chapter or the terms of the code or standards adopted and incorporated in this <br />chapter. Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter or of the provisions <br />of the code or standards adopted and incorporated in this chapter shall be subject to the penalty <br />provided in section 1.28.010. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.08.060. Section 109 deleted. <br /> <br />Section 109 of the International Mechanical Code is deleted. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.08.070. Section 901 amended. <br /> <br /> Section 901.5 of the International Mechanical Code is amended to add the following new <br />subsection: <br /> <br />Section 901.5. Solid Fuel-Burning Equipment. No permit shall be issued for the installation of a <br />solid-fuel-burning fireplace stove, fireplace insert or wood stove appliance unless the appliance <br />fully conforms with the requirements for emission testing, certification and labeling promulgated <br />pursuant to C.R.S. § 25-7-407. All such appliances to be installed must be certified by the Air <br />Quality Control Commission of the state department of health and environment to meet the <br />emissions standards set forth in Section IV of Regulation No. 4 of Volume 1 of the state air <br />quality control commission as EPA Phase II or Colorado Phase III solid-fuel-burning devices. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.08.080. Copies available. <br /> <br /> At least one copy of the International Mechanical Code, as amended herein, certified to <br />be true and accurate, shall be available for public inspection at the office of the building safety <br />division, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays <br />excepted. The city clerk shall at all times maintain a reasonable supply of copies of the code <br />available for purchase by the public at a moderate price. <br /> <br /> Section 4. A new Chapter 15.10 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled International <br />Fuel Gas Code, is hereby enacted to read as follows: <br /> <br />15.10.010.
