City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 15, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 13 <br />He stated the board members care about the environment but they feel the new codes <br />are ahead of the available products and are not ready for large scale deployment. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked <br />for a motion. Motion: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />seconded by Councilmember Fahey. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Resolution No. 41, Series 2022 — A Resolution Approving a <br />Proposed 2023 Operating Plan and Budget of the Main Street Louisville <br />Business Improvement Plan <br />C. Approval of Resolution No. 42, Series 2022 — A Resolution Setting Certain <br />Fees, Rates, and Charges for the City of Louisville, Colorado <br />D. Approval of Contract for Customer Services Satisfaction Survey for City <br />Trash/Recycling/Compost Hauler Services <br />E. Adoption of 2023 City of Louisville Legislative Agenda <br />F. Approval of Resolution No. 43, Series 2022 — A Resolution Authorizing <br />Changes to the Authorized Signers for the City's Banking and Financial <br />Accounts <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted the consent agenda includes a customer satisfaction survey <br />related to trash service and asked those that get it in the mail to respond to it to help <br />better inform the City as we begin the contract renewal process. <br />Mayor Stolzmann also noted the new sign on the broadcast room honoring Dave Lee <br />who recently passed away. <br />Councilmember Leh congratulated Mayor Stolzmann on her election to Boulder County <br />Commissioner. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Jeff Durbin noted Chief Hayes is leaving the City to take a position with <br />Estes Park. He thanked Hayes for his service and wished him the best. There will be an <br />open house to thank him on November 21. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />EQUITY, DIVERSITY, AND INCLUSION STRATEGIES UPDATE <br />
