City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 6, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />Josh Cooperman, Louisville, noted the item on the consent agenda for the wildfire <br />assessment contract. He suggested this project should include managing the open <br />spaces with good stewardship and sound ecological principles. I le also urged Council <br />to adopt new building codes for these wildland urban interfaces and the establishment <br />of a community fund to help residents pay for these upgrades. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Maloney asked that Item B be moved to the regular agenda, all agreed <br />to the change. <br />Motion: Mayor Pro Tem Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by <br />Councilmember Fahey. Approval of Finance Committee Recommendations for 2023 and 2024 <br />Non -Profit Grants <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann stated that staff will have cattle grazing on Davidson Mesa this <br />weekend to help with regenerating the soil in the area. <br />Councilmember Most noted she and Mayor Pro Tem Maloney reviewed the board and <br />commission applications last week.
