SUBJECT: AWARD CONTRACT FOR: TRAFFIC SIGNAL MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />DATE: APRIL 11, 2023 PAGE 3 OF 4 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Staff submitted CIP sheets for both the signal timing and the signal master planning <br />effort. During the budget process, these CIP sheets were reclassified to be included <br />with our annual operational account (Professional Services — Traffic Signals). With both <br />project budgets being rolled into the operational budget for 2023, the account began <br />2023 with a balance of $325,000. On December 20, 2022 the annual maintenance <br />contract with Lumin8 was awarded and staff encumbered $115,000.
