Kayla emphasized that all of the current <br />state programs require the City to apply for funding. <br />Megan noted that the upcoming rebate program would not require the City to <br />apply. <br />Tiffany stated that the City should make the program information readily <br />accessible to the community, in part by translating the information into Spanish, <br />and that the City should provide assistance with the application, especially for <br />income -qualified applicants. <br />John inquired about any requirements for logging e-bike usage. <br />Kayla replied that the City's program would not have such a requirement but that <br />the City would send out initial and follow-up surveys. <br />John expressed his concerns about the e-bikes' potential for being stolen. <br />Kayla replied that the program's application will include an agreement in which <br />the applicant agrees to take responsibility for safeguarding their e-bike. <br />Sub -Committee and Board Member Updates — <br />None <br />Administrative Tasks — <br />Kayla will write the April Sustainability Spotlight, due March 15. John is the April <br />secretary <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting — <br />Kayla said that the April meeting would include a discussion about the <br />Community Decarbonization Plan, Solar United Neighbors and the Dark Sky <br />Lighting Ordinance. <br />Adjourn — <br />Dan moved to adjourn the meeting and Tiffany seconded the motion. The <br />meeting was adjourned at 8:27 p.m. <br />
