Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deborah Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Rob Zuccaro, Planning and Building Safety Director <br />Amelia Brackett Hogstad, Preservation Planner <br />Kayla Betzold, Sustainability Coordinator <br />Chad Root, Chief Building Official <br />Victoria Runkle, Interim Finance Director <br />Adam Blackmore, Parks, Recreation, & Open Space Director <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Kathleen Kelly, City Attorney <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann called for changes to the agenda and hearing none asked for a <br />motion. Motion: Mayor Pro Tem Maloney moved to approve the agenda, seconded by <br />Councilmember Most. Vote: All in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA AND ON THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Christina Edstrom, Boulder County Public Health, stated she has been working with <br />residents to reduce sugary drinks in the community.
