City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 20, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 11 <br />including an ordinance requiring restaurants to list a healthy drink option on menus as a <br />part of its 2023 work plan. <br />Michelle Nelson, Executive Director Dental Aid Louisville, also asked the Council to <br />include a sugary drinks ordinance on the 2023 work plan as a way to address tooth <br />decay in children. She noted the many issues many parents face getting dental care for <br />their kids and including how sugary drinks affect dental health. <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted some technical issues happening with the electronic <br />participation and suggested those online who wish to make comments should come to <br />attend the meeting in person. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked that item C be moved to the regular agenda. Motion: Mayor <br />Stolzmann moved to approve the consent agenda as amended, seconded by Mayor Pro <br />Tern Maloney. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B.
