<br />Good Neighbor Program Monthly Report <br />May, 2009 <br /> <br />Newcomers to Senior Center 12 <br />Follow-up 12 <br />Enrolled in activities after initial visit 7/12 58% <br /> <br />Narrative: <br />Five of the newcomers this month enrolled in Silver Sneakers. Two of the newcomers <br />participated in activities. <br /> <br />Care Caller Proaram <br /> <br />The Care Caller program continues to work well. One of the Care Callers called to inform me <br />about a client who was not doing well.
