Seconded by Councilman <br />Caranci. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes <br />Dheiux yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Waldo's liquor <br />license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman <br />Dhieux. <br />Councilman DelPizzo suggested that in 1978 if there <br />are more then five disturbances then the license <br />should be revoked. <br />Attorney Joss stated that Council would have to <br />hold a hearing as statutes require the local li- <br />cense authority to be the ones to suspend the <br />license. <br />After comments roll call was taken. Domenico <br />yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, Dhieux yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Senor T's liquor <br />license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Roll call. Domenico yes, Dhieux yes, <br />Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Coal Creek Junction's <br />liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Caranci. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Dhieux <br />yes, Caranci yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. Attorney <br />Joss noted that the zoning changed is down <br />zoning the tract to Residential Low Density. <br />It was stated by staff that all notices were pro- <br />perly made. There were no comments from the <br />audience for or against the ordinance. <br />Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing and Coun- <br />cilman Caranci moved that Ordinance #570 be <br />adopted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll <br />call. Domenico yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />Dhieux yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that the ordinance was drafted <br />adopting the minimum state standards required by <br />the state statutes for insulation of residential <br />buildings. After December 9, 1977, any house <br />that is built or almost totally remodeled is re- <br />quired to follow state standards for energy <br />conservation. Attorney Joss stated that the stan- <br />dards are printed in whole in the ordinance. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that without the ordinance it <br />makes it difficult for the Building Inspector <br />to enforce the law, however; it must be com- <br />plied with even if the City doesn't have an ord- <br />inance. <br />
