Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />BROWNING LETTER <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico asked about the letter <br />that was sent from Mr. Browning. Mr. Wurl <br />stated that he has sent a memo to the Chief <br />of Police to send a letter to Mr. Browning <br />outlining the procedure. <br />Councilman Domenico stated that Mr. Browning <br />was not tr'eated fairly by the police de- <br />partment and also that he will fight for <br />Mr. Browning. <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo reported on DRCOG <br />208 Water plan voting. <br />She noted that as of July 13, 1977, there <br />was a total of 29 ballots cast - 23 yes, <br />and 6 no vote which came from Boulder <br />County. <br /> <br />208 VOTE <br /> <br />FINANCE COMMITTEE <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo requested that a new <br />member be appointed to the finance committee. <br />Mayor Waschak stated that he will appoint <br />the new member at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the council <br />comments and committee reports be accepted <br />and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo.
