Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Brian Herrington, Jaycee's President, <br />stated that they re requesting a liquor license <br />for 3.2% beer sales during the fall festival. <br />He stated that they were aware of the location <br />problem, but wanted to get the application in <br />so the Council would be aware of the request. <br />It was noted that the posting at the location <br />has only to be 10 days and there would be no <br />problem with setting the public hearing on <br />August 2, 1977. <br />After discussion Councilman Caranci moved that <br />a public hearing be set for August 2, 1977, for <br />the Jaycees liquor license application. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call <br />on motion. McDonald no, DelPizzo yes, Caranci <br />yes, DiCarlo yes, Domenico yes, DiLorenzo yes. <br />Motion carri,ed. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Council authorize <br />the advertising for final payment of the re- <br />tainage fee. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Roll call vote. Domenico yes, Caranci yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes, <br />McDonald yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Staff noted that the proper publication and <br />notices have been made. Attorney Joss read- <br />Ordinance #559 on second reading by title <br />only. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments for or against. <br />The public hearing was closed. There was no <br />discussion from Council. Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that Ordinance #559 be adopted. Se- <br />conded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll call vote. <br />Domenioc yes" DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, McDonald yes, DelPizzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />With nothing more to report, Councilman <br />DiCarlo moved that the City ATtorney's report <br />be accepted and placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion <br />carried. <br />
