March 15, 1977 Minutes - page 3 ORDINANCE :/1:532 CONTINUED there should not be an age limit on the clients as there are many children with disorders who require massage therapy. He stated that the basic outline of the ordinance refers more to a prostitution type establishment then a legitimate massage therapy establishment as noted with tlE late hours and high fees. After the remarks, Councilman DiCarlo withdrew his second on Councilman DelPizzo's motion to lower fees. The motion then died for lack of second. Councilman DiCarlo then moved that the Ordinance :/1:532 be tabled until the next meeting. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Roll call. Domenico no, DiLorenzo no, Caranci no, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes, DiCarlo yes. Tie vote Mayor Waschak voted no defeating the move to table. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance :/1:532 be ordered published and that the public hearing be set for 4-19-77. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll call. McDonald yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo no, DelPizzo no, Caranci yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE :/1:533 ANNEXATION - SEWER PLANT PROPERTY All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance :/1:533 for review and files. Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title only stating that this deals with the annexation of the property acquired through condemnation from Mayhoffer. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance 533 be ordered published. Seconded by McDonald. There were no remarks; all in favor - Motion carried. ORDIANNCE 41534 ZONING OF SEWER PLANT All members had with them a copy of Ordinance :/1:534 for review and file. Attorney Joss stated that this set up the zoning of the property at the sewer plant. Councilman McDonald moved that the Ordinance #534 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Note was made that there is 24.9 acres involved. All in favor - Motion carried.
