Attorney Joss stated that the state legis- lature is working on state prostitution sta- tutes and are trying to get something that will give added coverage. Councilman DiCarlo stated that Council should also look into the zoning of these type of establishments. Attorney Joss stated that he and staff was discussing zoning and felt that it could be allowed in the CB district by review. Attorney Joss will present a draft of the ordinance at the next meeting. RESOLUTION #2 ANNEXATION FEES Mr. Wurl stated that the Resolution was re- quested by the Council at the last meeting. Mr. Drumm pointed out the changes to Council. 1. There will be a required $300 base fee. 2. The resolution as now read gives industrial development a 25% reduction in annexation fees. The reason this was done - in industrial annex- ation or large plot type annexations - don't get involved in as much detail; but this has proven to be different. The new resolution deletes the 25% reduction. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution #2 Series 1977, be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman McDonald. Roll call. Domenico yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, McDonald yes, Di- Lorenzo yes. Motion carried. HOUSING AUTHORITY 30 UNIT ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECT Attorney Joss stated that the arechitectural agreement that was questioned at the last meeting has been checked by him, and now reads that if the project is not approved that the fee to be paid the contractor shall not exceed $1,200. He stated that what is needed now is the authorization for the Mayor to sign the con- tract as amended by the City Attorney. Councilman McDonald moved that the Mayor be authorized to sign the architectural agreement on the 30 unit elderly housing project. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Se- conded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried.
