<br />PARAGON HEIGHT CONT'D <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Reich, a member of the invest- <br />ment Co., spoke in regards to the sit- <br />uation, noting that the developers are <br />a small investment corporation and they <br />do not have the funds to install the sewer <br />line at this time without Continental <br />View Estates. <br /> <br />It was noted that the developers have <br />already received the City's agreement to <br />serve the division both water and sewer <br />facilities. <br />Councilman Caranci stated that he did not <br />feel that the City should okay the use <br />of water without the sewer facilities. <br />Mr. Reich stated that the area could get <br />septic permits from the County if necessary. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl &ated that the staff saw no <br />problems with this request. <br /> <br />After discussion Councilman DelPizzo <br />moved that Council approve the Paragon <br />Heights water request at this time, with <br />the changed water line route, under the <br />condition that the subdivision connects <br />to the sewer line when it is ready for <br />operation. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. <br />Roll call. DiCarlo yes, McDonald no, <br />Caranci no, DiLorenzo no, Domenico no, <br />DelPizzo yes. Motion defeated. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br />REFACING OF COMMUNITY <br />HALL <br /> <br />Mr. Keith Helart stated that he has re- <br />ceived an estimate for the rebricking of <br />the Community building in the amount of <br />approximately $12,000 to $13,000. <br />He stated that this would be the best <br />way to restore the buiding. <br />It also was noted that the restuccoing of <br />the building was about $3,500. <br />After discussion, Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that the parks department proceed <br />with the rebricking of Community Hall <br />provided the parks & rec budget has the <br />money budgeted. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />MAYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that there is nothing <br />new to report. In talking withthe County <br />Distric Court recorder, if no objections <br />are filed by the City or Mrs. Mayhoffer, <br />then the next step will be the payment. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
