C.D. MONEY CONT'D Mr. Lundberg stated that the $50,000 item does include administrative costs for the Rehab program, and there is a possibility between State monies and 312 Loand avail- ability LURA could get up to $300,000. Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. Mr. Lundberg stated that he needed Council to give the final approval of the items noted. Mr. Wurl asked how the $67,000 rehab figure for 3rd year application compared to last year's. Chairman Lundberg replied 2nd year application for rehab was $45,500. Councilman McDonald stated that she would rather see the $12,000 for restrooms go into the rehab program. Councilman DelPizzo was in favor of the restrooms and also stated that $500 for street overlay was not en ought money. With discussion Councilman McDonald moved that the reallocation of $12,000 line item be moved from public rest rooms to street overlay program. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Question called for. Roll call. DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo no, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Domenico yes, McDonald yes. Motioncarried. Councilman Domenico stated that he was not in favor of $50,000 to administrative fees. Councilman DiCarlo asked Mr. Helart what he would plan to do with the park money. Mr. Helart stated that he would like to correct the drainage problem. Mr. Lundberg stated that when put in as a line item possible funds can be drawn from the contingency fund to help pay for the item. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that with the change of $12,000 being transferred to the street overlay, that the line items be approved as presented by the LURA Board. Seconded by Council- man McDonald. Roll call. Domenico yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes. Motion carried. -~
