DelPizzo no, DiCarlo yes, <br />Caranci abstained, McDonald yes, Domenico <br />yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />E.F. INDUSTRIES <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that he had <br />received a complaint on E. F. Industries <br />and asked if the problem is being pursued. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he has kept on it <br />and asked Dr. Robinson about the matter. <br />Dr. Robinson checked out the area and <br />is trying to locate a party to do some <br />more study's, possibly the U. S. Bureau <br />of Mines. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo requested a copy of <br />all ordinances pertaining to the Personnel <br />Code and employment. He felt that these <br />ordinances should be reviewed. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that a letter <br />of commendation be sent to Mr. Paul <br />Morris for his work as the City Attorney <br />for the past years. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman McDonald moved that the report <br />and comments be accepted and placed on <br />file. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the report for the December <br />fines collected in the amount of $422.00. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the Court <br />report be accepted and placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills with <br />corrections in total of $103,647.24 for <br />December. Councilman DiCarlo moved that <br />the bills be accepted and checks issued <br />for the same. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned until Jan. 11, 1977, at 7:00 <br />P.M.
