<br />REORGANIZATION CONT'D <br /> <br />that the councils recommendation be no <br />severance pay. <br />Mr. Conarroe asked for the records, what <br />job classification or salary schedule <br />would the new man be working under. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that his salary of <br />$26,500 will come from C.D. funds unless <br />HUD informs the City otherwise, and he <br />will be the Director of Community De- <br />velopment. <br />Mr. Conarroe stated that he did not <br />understand. There were no further comments. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted and <br />placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilman McDonald requested that some <br />type of graph or chart reports be supplied <br />to Council instead of print outs on <br />reflecting revenues and expenditures, <br />with a comparison of last years included, <br />and year to date reporting. <br /> <br />Councilman McDonald asked if some type <br />of health report was supplied by John <br />Mulholland regarding the statement that <br />was made on the bathroom situation with <br />the liquor license for Karen's Country <br />Kitchen. <br />Mr. Wurl reported that both agencies <br />were contacted by Mr. Mulholland on <br />the matter and the liquor license con- <br />trol agency will not make a statement in <br />writing; however, Jim Berry, State <br />liquor license control, did tell <br />Mr. Wurl verbally that it was alright. <br />The health department policy is that the <br />restaurant would not have a license to <br />operate the kitchen if there were any <br />health problems involved. <br /> <br />FINANCE REPORTS <br /> <br />KAREN'S COUNTRY KITCHEN <br /> <br />BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD <br />INSURANCE <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo commented on the high <br />cost of Blue Cross insurance and asked <br />if there were any plans to check with <br />other firms. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Wayne Varra always <br />assists the City on choosing a good <br />company and makes recommendations as to <br />the changing companies. <br />He also stated that many time when you <br />change insurance companies and settle in <br /> <br />-8- <br />
