LIQUOR LICENSE FEES WESTERN EMPIRE CONTRACTORS PAY ESTIMATE #1 WALDO'S LIQUORI LICENSE TRANSFER TO TAVERN SENOR T'S BLUE PARROT It was staffs recommendation that Coun- cil accept the recommendations for the li- cense fees. These would go into effect for the license issued after 1977 renewals are complete. Councilman Caranci moved that the City Attorney be authorized to prepare an ordinance using the state limitations to increase liquor license fees for the City under state laws. Seconded by Council- man McDonald. Councilman DelPizzo stated that the fee should be equivalent to the cost impaired by the City for the license and that is all. Councilman Domenico was against any fur- ther fees. After discussion roll call was taken. Domenico no, DelPizzo no, Caranci yes, McDonald yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl noted that it was the City Engineer and Consulting Engineers opinion that Council approve pay estimate #1 in the amount of $36,576. Councilman Domenico moved that pay estimate #1 to Western EMpire Contractors be approved. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, McDonald yes, DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. The police report for this application was submitted to Council. Councilman Caranci moved that the liquor license application be accepted. Se- conded by Councilman DelPizzo. City Attorney ]IOrris stated that the in- formation of property rental needs to be included on the application also. After discussion, Council voted in favor of the license. Councilman Caranci moved that the liquor license renewal be accepted. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the Blue Parrot renewal be accepted. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. 3.
