SEAL COATING Mr. Wurl stated that the project is delayed until spring. AMENDMENTS Councilman Domenico stated that he re- ceived calls from persons stating that the City should not have taken a stand on the amendments. Councilman DelPizzo stated that he also received remarks. Mr. Wurl stated that he was informed by some that they appreciated the stand as it helped them determine which way to vote for the betterment of the City. Councilman DiCarlo stated that most unions also take a stand; however, this is not saying that a person must vote one way or the other. MEETING TIME Councilman DiCarlo moved that all future council meetings end at 10:30. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. It was stated that if issues last longer then 10:30, there can be an extension. Roll call. Domenico yes, DiCarlo yes, McDonald yes, DelPizzo no, DiLorenzo yes Caranci no. Motion carried. MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT Councilman McDonald moved that the Municipal Court Report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. HEALTH OFFICER REPORT Councilman Caranci asked if it was true that Dr. Cassidy could not admit patients in the Boulder hospitals anymore. Mr. Wurl stated that he had not heard any- thing about it, but would check. There was no health report. APPROVAL OF BILLS Treasurer Hesson read the bills totalling $125,973.30. Councilman Caranci moved that the bills be accepted and warrants drawn for the same. SEconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. ADJOURNMENT Councilman McDonald moved that the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 11:20 P.M. 7.
