Mayor Waschak voted no to <br />defeat the motion. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed the correspondence. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />CITY HALL PROJECT <br /> <br />Councilman McDonald stated that she did <br />not fully understand the grant situation <br />for City Hall and that is why she voted <br />no. She stated that there were no cost <br />figures on it. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the grant was in the <br />amount of $85,000. <br />If the grant was received, the City would <br />not be putting out any money. <br />Councilman McDonald stated that she would <br />like to make a new motion and vote again. <br />Attorney Morris stated that there would <br />be no problem. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that Council <br />authorize the City staff to continue <br />the process for the grant application for <br />the City Hall project and authorize the <br />Mayor to sign the agreement and that the <br />letter be modified stating that the sub- <br />mittal will be under the EDA requirements. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Roll call. Domenico no, CAranci yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, DiCArlo no, McDonald yes, <br />DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />WORK SESSION <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci requested that a work <br />session be scheduled to inform the Council <br />on what is happening with the City of <br />Lafayette. The session was scheduled <br />for November 11, 1976, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />7. <br />
