<br />PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT ACT <br />OF 1976 CONT'D <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the City is not <br />prepared to do street overlay be- <br />cause there are several underground <br />projects that need to go in before. <br />After discussion a question was <br />called for; the motion was carried. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no comments from the persons <br />in attendance. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />MAYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />City Attorney Morris stated that there <br />will be a pretrial conference on <br />October 8, 1976. <br />Mr. David Mayhoffer did not truly <br />agree with the agreement and so it <br />will be going to court. <br /> <br />PIERCE REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Morris stated that he has not <br />received any correspondence from <br />Mr. Pierce. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #508 <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Ordinance #508 <br />would be amending Ordinance #507 <br />which is only on first reading; there- <br />fore, he requested that no action be <br />taken on Ordinance #508 as the stall <br />will consolidate Ordinance #508 into <br />Ordinance #507. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that no <br />action be taken on Ordinance #508 <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />AMBULANCE SERVICE <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the County <br />requests that the City appoint a <br />person from the City to serve on the <br />Board that will review the total <br />ambulance service in Boulder County. <br />Staff recommends Chris Schmidt, of <br />the Louisville Fire Dept. as he is <br />the most involved in the ambulance <br />services. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Chris <br />Schmidt be appointed to serve on the <br />Board as representative from Louisville. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
