CORRESPONDENCE

Mr. Wurl reviewed the correspondence.

TUNE UP BILL

Councilman DiCarlo stated that at
the last meeting Councilman Domenico
made a statement about a $300 tune up
bill; however, there wasn't ever a
bill in that amount for a tune up.
Councilman DiCarlo stated that the
bill in the packet for a tune up
was held up before it was finally
approved and paid as there were some
questions on it.

With no more reports, Councilman
DiCarlo moved that the City Admin-
istrators report be accepted and
placed on file. Seconded by Council-
man McDonald. Motion carried.

COUNCIL COMMENTS &
COMMITTEE REPORTS

Councilman DiCarlo stated that in
checking the bills it showed that
there was still some fuel being bought
out of town on the weekends and he
understood that the City service
stations are now open on the weekend
and felt the business should be kept
in town.
Mr. Wurl stated that he would check
into it.

LINCOLN & PINE STOP
SIGN

Engineer White reported that a stop
sign was installed at Lincoln & Pine
Streets today.

LAFARGE & PINE

Engineer White reported that a stop
sign was installed at the corner of
LaFarge and Pine, but the corner
was not painted.

MINERS PARK FENCE

Councilman DiCarlo asked if it was
ever decided upon as to who was going
to move the fence. Mr. Wurl stated
that it has ned been decided.
It was stated that the fence will
be moved 8 feet south and it will
not affect the building in that location.

PUBLICE SERVICE FRANCHISE

There was nothing new to report.

-4-
