ASSISTANT ATTORNEY Councilman McDonald asked if it would
be possible to have an assistant City
Attorney to fill in when Attorney Morris
is unable to attend the meetings.
Mr. Wurl stated that it is possible and
up to Council.

CODE ENFORCEMENT Councilman McDonald stated that she would
like to see more code enforcing around
the City as there is more ordinances being
violated then summons being issued.

COTTONWOOD PARK RESTROOMS Councilman DelPizzo requested that signs
be put on the restroom doors to denote
the "Mens & Womens".

COMMUNITY BUILDING RESURFACING Councilman DelPizzo stated that he was
unhappy with the Parks Commissions de-
cision to get bids for the resurfacing
of the brick. He felt that the deter-
ioration is very bad and this would not
resolve the problem. He stated that the
City should rebrick the building as this
would be the best repair or restucco.

JAYCEES BEER TENT Councilman DelPizzo stated that he dis-
approved of the stake driving in the
street to put up their tent.
Mr. Wurl stated that all these things
should be remembered when they request
a license for next year.

POOL HOURS Councilman DelPizzo stated that he is
not happy with the hours the pool stays
open and why they shut it down so early.
Mr. Wurl stated that the reason the
pool closes early is because the staff is
mostly students and teachers and they
are back in school at this time.

FIRE WHISTLE Councilman DelPizzo stated that he has
had complaints on the testing of the
fire whistle on Sunday mornings. He
felt that they did not need to do this;
especially during the church hours.
Representative to the Fire Department,
Councilman Domenico stated that he would
bring this up at the next fire meeting.

CEMETERY PLOTS - ATKINS Councilman DelPizzo stated that Mrs.
Atkins has requested that the City give
her some sort of deed showing the owner-
ship of some cemetery lots they purchased
She had informed Mr. DelPizzo that Mr.
Ellis told her that the lots should revert
back to him. Mr. Wurl will check on this.

-7-
