<br />WATER TANK LOCATION <br /> <br />DELFORGE RESIGNATION <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />CENTENNIAL - BICENTENNIAL <br /> <br />DRCOG <br /> <br />EMPLOYMENT POLICY <br /> <br />MAYHOFFER DITCH <br /> <br />STOP SIGN <br />LINCOLN & PINE <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl noted that the Boulder County <br />Planning Commission approved the location <br />of the City water tank. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council <br />accept the letter of resignation from <br />Don Delforge on the LURA Board. Seconded <br />by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo stated that she would <br />like to have Mr. Wurl notify the fire <br />department on the bell ringing on July 4. <br />Not the siren, just the bells. <br />She also issued an invitation to Council <br />and Mayor to attend the Senior Citizen <br />Centennial celebration. <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo stated that DRCOG <br />representatives will be attending the <br />July 6, 1976, Council meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo stated that she <br />received a call about having City staff <br />families working for the City. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that temporary help does <br />not need to be advertised and anyone who <br />wishes to apply for work is welcome to <br />file an application for employement. <br />Mr. Wurl also noted that when summer <br />help was advertised locally, only one <br />student from Louisville applied along <br />with about five from surrounding cities. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico stated that the ditch <br />belonging to Mayhoffer OIl the South end <br />of Louisville should be cleaned up or <br />have the City clean it and bill Mayhoffer. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Mrs. Mayhoffer has <br />said that there is a long standing agree- <br />ment with the City that the City will <br />pick up the trash. <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he had <br />checked into this before and has never <br />found any such agreement. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked if anything hasd <br />been done with the sign. <br />Engineer White stated that they have checked <br />but have not made any decisions. <br /> <br />13. <br />
