Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Roll call. Domenico yes, <br />Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo <br />yes, McDonald yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />The Court did formerly appoint Mr. Hoyle <br />of the Broomfield Bank, Glen Steinbaugh <br />and Jim Cannon as attorney of the court. <br />Mr. Morris stated that he spoke with the <br />Mayhoffer attorney on the settling of the <br />issue and he thinks that the matter will <br />be resolved very shortly. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that this Ordinance <br />under the recommendation of the City <br />Engineer will vacate the other half of <br />the alley that was previously vacated. <br />All members of Council had a copy __ <br />of Ordinance #505 for review before them. <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #505 by <br />title only. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />#505 be ordered publsihed. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris st~edthat he did receive <br />notice of claim from Marvin E. Pierce <br />regarding the purchase of the east ~ <br />of Block 18, Caledonia Place, <br />claiming that the City of <br />Louisville should have notified them of <br />the possibility of subsidence. Mr. <br />Morris stated that the notice of claim <br />may be filed in the amount of $106,158.00. <br /> <br />With no more comments or reports, Coun- <br />cilman Domenico moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the City of Lafayette <br />put out for bids on the property, with <br />Louisville being the successful bidder in <br />the amount of $4,395.60 for approximately <br />1.221 acres. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he would like to <br />have the matter tabled to prepare an <br />adequate study of the project. <br /> <br />12. <br />
