';ULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MAY 18, 1976 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. MDT with the following Council members present: DiLorenzo, Caranci, DiCarlo, McDonald, and DelPizzo. Others present; City Administrator Wurl, City Engineer White and Deputy City Clerk Mudrock. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES COUNCIL ITEMS: PUBLIC HEARING - ZONING LOUISVILLE NORTH, THIRD FILING ORDINANCE #497 - PUBLIC HEARING Councilman DiCarlo asked for a correction to the minutes on page 4 on the discussion of E. & F. Industries should read motion made by Councilman Domenico and seconded by Councilman DelPizzo - this was a tie vote and Mayor Waschak voted yes passing the motion. There were no other corrections and the minutes were approved by Mayor Waschak and Council as corrected. In the absence of City Attorney Morris Administrator Wurl read Ordinance #497 by title - An Ordinance Amending Chapter No. 25 of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville Entitled "Zoning" By Re- zoning A Portion of Louisville North, First Filing that Portion now referred to as Louisville North Third Filing as Petitioned by First Savings Investment Corporation, 215 South Wadsworth, Lakewood, Colorado. Mayor Waschak opened a public hearing on Ordinance #497, and asked if ther was any- one in the audience who wished to speak against the ordinance. Mrs. George Lybarger wanted to know if this ordinance had anything to do with the block running from South Boulder Road to Jensen"s corner? Administrator Wurl replied it did not; the ordinance pertained to north Louisville, north of South Boulder Road. Mrs. George Lybarger went on to say that they were in north Louisville, but we are also across from the Middle School, and we have been in Commercial zoning for many years and now it has been changed, and we didn't know anything about this. Now we have been told they were going to work on it - we thought perhaps that this might be it tonight. -1-
