<br />ORDINANCE #497 CONT'D <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl restated, "no, this <br />particular land is located in the new <br />development on the north side of South <br />Boulder Road." <br />Mayor Waschak asked if there was anyone <br />in the audience who wished to speak in <br />favor of Ordinance #497. <br />Mr. Ray Shelton associated with First <br />Savings Investment Corp. and joint venture, <br />stated he was in attendance to answer any <br />questions concerning rezoning of Louisville <br />North, Third Filing. <br />Mr. Robert Davies, from the audience, asked <br />how many people in attendance knew what <br />Ordinance 497 is, where it is located, and <br />what the purpose is? <br />City Engineer White then pointed out the <br />area to all those in attendance from the <br />map in council chambers. <br />The public hearing was then closed by <br />Mayor Waschak and he asked for remarks <br />from Council. Councilman DiCarlo asked <br />were all corrections made that had to be <br />made? <br />Administrator Wurl stated they had been. <br />Councilman McDonald stated that she would <br />abstain from voting on the motion. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance - <br />#497 be adopted, seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Roll Call Vote - DiLorenzo yes, <br />Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, McDonald - abstain, <br />DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />E. & F. INDUSTRIES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak asked Mr. Jack Yoblin and his <br />Attorney Mr. Bruce Joss if they wished to <br />start the discussion. <br />Couneilman DiCarlo stated that since the <br />Councilman that requested this hearing was <br />not present, he would like at this time to <br />delay the discussion until the Councilman <br />arrives. He wished to make this suggestion <br />to the rest of Council. <br />Mayor Waschak stated that he called the <br />Councilman and assured all council members <br />that he would be in attendance shortly. <br />Council agreed the discussion would be <br />delayed until Councilman Domenico arrived. <br /> <br />PARKS & RECREATION CHAIRMAN <br />POOL HOURS DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Keith Helart, director of Parks & Recreation <br />stated he was present at Council's request <br />to answer any questions they may have. <br />Mayor Waschak replied that he and Council <br />had discussed pool hours and the length of <br />the season, then asked Council members to <br /> <br />-2- <br />
